This was amazing for a body recomp. I only ordered two vials - I needed to get probably double that. I only ran a single dose every other day. It took roughly 3 weeks to start seeing results/changes but they were really impressive. I think most of that time was because I was dosing half since it was my first cycle. I can\\\'t say good enough things about this mix - it really really works.
